She was predeceased by: her father John William. She is survived by: her mother Schelia Ayers (Bowman) of Galesburg; her children, Gavin and Johnna West; her siblings, Galen Ayers, Tom Edwards, Genea Bouchard, Ginger Ayers and Desiree Conrad; and her companion Cody Marfell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
