With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Day of Marseilles, Illinois, born in Shelby, Indiana, who passed away on August 18, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia; and her grandson Jason Grooms. She is survived by: her husband Larry Day; her children, Patricia Downey (Mickey), Karen Patarozzi, Rhonda Lovell and Donald Grooms; her grandchildren, Justin Downey (Casey), Shasta Downey, Dalton Downey, Kennedy Patarozzi, Kameilia Patarozzi and David Grooms; and her great grandchildren, Hadley Downey, Noah Young, Jeremy Grooms and Santino Meza.
