He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth and Doris Johnson. He is survived by: his father Timothy Sluder; his son Noah Dean Sluder of Cedar Point; his mother Dawn Macchietto (Shawn) of Morris; his grandparents, Carl and Carolyn Sluder of LaSalle; and his siblings, Heather Nicolaides of Etta, MS, Samantha Macchietto of Morris and Nicholas Macchietto of Morris. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
