She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyell E. Cook and Violet R. Cook (Wirick); her grandparents, Edwin, Hattie Cook (Stocking), John and Elizabeth Wirick (Peacock); her siblings, Rosemary Promenschenkel and David Lyell Cook; her nieces, Gloria Melchers and Janice Promenschenkel; and her great-nephews, Keith Promenschenkel, Luke and Michael Milashoski.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Moore (Cook) of Streator. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
