Hicks (Carlson); his siblings, Jerry (Debbie), Mike Hicks and Laurie Pittman (Pippy); and his nieces and nephews, Chad, Jared, Sarah Hicks, Chris Moore (Amanda), Samantha Wooton (Matt), Michelle Stark (Zac), Tiffany Horwitz (Zach) and Matthew Pittman (Christina). He is also survived by his mom, nieces, and nephews.
