He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Foss and Wilma Foss (Kindelberger); his wife Tammy Moore of Marseilles; his siblings, Dennis and Julie Jensen; and his stepfather Russ Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Jenna Hickey (Dustin) of Marseilles; his granddaughters, Addison and Avery; and his brother Jerry Foss.
