He is survived by: his children, Ralph Rowe (Diana), Kay Ann Rowe and Gary Rowe (Toi); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Rowe; his grandchildren, Adam, Samantha, Noah Rowe, Madisen, Augustin, Ethan, Emma, Aidan Rowe, Garrison, Cecelia and Patrick Rowe; his great grandchild Cecelia Rowe; his brother Jerry Rowe of California; and his sister-in-law Mary Yerk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
