She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Higgins and Lona Higgins (Perdue); her former husband Paul Eiben of Marseilles; her husband Warren Burns; her siblings, Esther Huss, Thelma Glenn, Velma Eiben and Phil Higgins; and her son-in-law Michael Roper.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Tabor (Jack), Sue Lowe (Jim) of Marseilles, Pauline Roper of St. Pete, FL and Ron Eiben (Linda) of Clearwater, FL; her grandchildren, Jim Lowe (Jody), Dave Lowe (Monica), Phil Lowe-Bima (Dave), Natalie, Kerri Filjones, Karla Stattery (Tom), John Tabor (Michelle), Mary Beth Williams (Mark) and Chad Eiben (Randi); her siblings, Anna Swartz, Danny and Rodger Higgins; and her sister-in-law Delores Eiben. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; two step great-grandsons; three great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seals-Campbell Funeral Home (1009 E Bluff St, Marseilles, IL 61341). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (200 Broadway St, Marseilles, IL 61341).
