We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2024, at the age of 65, Patrick D. McGhee of Marseilles, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Patrick departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Patrick. Though Patrick may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGhee and Dorothy McGhee (Wilkinson); his wife Beverly Sutherland; his grandson Little D; and his brothers, Robert and Nathaniel McGhee.
He is survived by: his son Deon McGhee; his granddaughters, Cali and Deonna McGhee; and his siblings, Delores Whiteside and Paul McGhee. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
