He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval L. Sr. Marshall and Juanita Marshall (Clary); his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Sherri Marshall; his brothers, Bill and Dennis Marshall; his brother-in-law Byron Stumpf; his niece Nicole "Nikki" Stumpf; and his nephew Eric Brinkmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Stumpf; his son Orval III; his grandchildren, Lyle Marshall (Claudia), Danielle Marshall, Ren Marshall (Cameron), Steve Casey and Allison Schwartz; his great grandchildren, Alannah Casey, Skyler Casey, Rose Whitecotton, Nevaeh Casey and Aubree Senisais; his sister Starleta Garlick; and his sister-in-law Kathy Marshall. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, nieces, and nephews.
