He is survived by: his wife Claudia Carbone of Chicago; his children, Dawn Hoyt (Daryl) of Aurora, Robert "Rob" Kwilosz of Marseilles and Glori Schillings of Marseilles; his grandchildren, Daryl, Jeffrey, Mariah, Jordan, Tyler, Keith and Zachary; his brother Kenneth Kwilosz of Chicago; and his niece Lynette Olson (Steve) of Plainfield.
