He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul E. Lair and Grace E. Lair (Qualls); his children, Kathy Swanson of Virginia, Kristal Lair of Virginia and Kenny Lair of Ottawa; his brother Lynn Lair (Sandra) of Chatham; his wife Nancy; his grandson Thomas Riegel; and his son-in-law Thomas Swanson. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the American Alzheimer's Association.
