He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Applebee and June Applebee (Bultman); his spouse Carolyn Patricia Creed of Ottawa; and his children, Patricia Long (Terry) of Winter Haven, FL, Carolyn Progress of Warrenville, IL, Dan Applebee (Susan) of Marseilles and Robert Applebee (Anne) of Anchorage, AK. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren.
