It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Jean Hepner of Marseilles, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bernardi and Amelia Bernardi (Girardo); her former husband Russel Hepner of Marseilles; and her husband Russ. She is survived by: her children, Marcia McGowan (Dan) of Stillwater, MN and Craig Hepner (Erica) of Seneca; her grandchildren, Angela Kirsch (Brian) of Angola, NY, Lauren Froelich (Zachary) of Afton, MN and Paige Hepner of Seneca; and her sister Vergene Bernardi of Stillwater, MN. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
