He is survived by: his wife Joette; his daughters, Amber Howe and Autumn Ferguson; and his siblings, Christina Howe (Bob Jordan) of Morris, Elmer Howe of South Carolina and Bobby Howe (Patricia) of South Carolina. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and special friend and caregiver.
