She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Clyde and Elizabeth Jane Wiley (Perkins); her husband Claude Julius Witte of Marseilles; her children, Betty Jo Foutch, Claudette Elzer (Norman John) and Bill Witte (Carol) of Marseilles; her grandchildren, Dean Foutch, Margie Hudkins, Vicki Elzer, Nanci Blasgen, Kelli Elzer, Janine Williamson and Michelle Sibbitt; her great grandchildren, Devin, Dawn, Hailey Hudkins, Michael Potts, Mackenzie Foutch, Abby, Faith Elzer, Hadley Williams, Crosby Williamson, Rylann, Daxton and Quinton Sibbitt; her sister Betty Fernow; and her grandson Norman John Elzer II.
Memorials may be given to the Marseilles Nursing Service or the OSF Hospice of Ottawa.
