With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Bastian of Marseilles, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bastian and Mae Bastian (Severson); his son-in-law Buck Bogren; and his brothers, Ralph Bastian (Sonny), Gary Bastian and Duane "Dewey" Bastian.

He is survived by: his children, Belinda Bogren, Roscoe Morgan (Emily), Tina Sohm (Wynn), Tara, Michael and Donald Bastian; his grandchildren, Amanda Wheeler (Jeremy), Jesse Diaz, Jill Dunn, Taylor, Alex, Bryant Morgan, Emma, Abby, Anna Whalen, Saje Branson (Matti) and Morgan Branson; and his siblings, Robert Bastian (Bob) of Ottawa, IL, Roger Bastian (Ellen) of Olney, IL, Lois Wawerski of Greeneville, TN, Judy Ortiz of Ottawa, IL and Diana Gunderson (Knute) of Plainfield, IL. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
