It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce E. Seibert of Marseilles, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston LeRette and Irene LeRette (Harden); her husband William G. Seibert of Ottawa; her granddaughter Catrina Wilkie; and her sisters, Agnes Rosales-Dubach and Linda Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Irene Hickey of New Orleans, LA, David (Tammie) of Grand Ridge, FL and Eric of Texas; and her grandchildren, Carson Seibert (Chelsey), Amber Petty (Adam), Chris Degner (Ashley), Harley, Bradley Seibert and LaRita Folwell (Dusti). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
