He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Magaña and Consuelo Magaña (Perez); and his brother Javier Magaña. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Guajardo of Chicago; his daughters, Sandra Serrato (Greg) of Chicago and Teresa Magaña (Pablo Ramirez) of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Adriel Delacruz (Jenna), Alena Delacruz and Liliana Serrato. He is also survived by four sisters; and five brothers.
