He is survived by: his wife Dorrie Hicks of Marseilles; his daughter Jamie Kaster (Dusty) of Bloomington; his granddaughter Hadley Streich of Bloomington; his sister Nancy Maltas (Tim) of Spring Valley; and his nephew Christopher Maltas (Amber).
