James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Wheeler (Wheeler); his wife Sandra Grooms; his father Russel Wheeler; his daughter Jamie Hamilton; his sons-in-law, Joel Hamilton and Terry Greenrod; his granddaughter Niki Hamilton; and his brothers, Clarence, Lloyd, William, Russell Wheeler, Tom, Jim and Jack Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Daryl Wheeler, Kelly Mathews (Pat Kelly), Steve Wheeler (Anita Stevens) and Wendy Greenrod; his grandchildren, April, Robert Matlock, Jaidan Mathews, Stephanie, Zackary Wheeler and Brandon Hamilton; his sister Rita O'Neal (Don Schanks); and his family, Dave and Lisa Voice. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
