He is survived by: his friends, Donnie and Benny; his children, Melisa Childers (Jeff) of Winthrop, IA, Jennifer Smock (Byron), James Jacobsen of St. Louis, MO, Jeremy Jacobsen (Amy) of Marseilles, IL and Daniel Jacobsen (Marcel Gabitan) of Plainfield, IL; his grandchildren, Maria, Alex, Jocelyn Jacobsen, Jessica Yoder and Ashley Childers; his niece Lori Smith; his nephew Kenneth Jacobsen; his sister-in-law Dawn Jacobsen of Independence, IA; and also Brandy.
