He was predeceased by: his father Harold Henry; his wife Diane Shelton (Bianco); his daughter Ashley Marie Clements; his stepdaughter Debra Smith; and his siblings, Donnie Clements, Geraldine Clements and Inez May Clements.
He is survived by: his mother Annie Eugena Clements (Pennington) of Peru; his sisters, Kathryn Ritchie (Gary) of Peoria and Teddy Maxine Brown (Lynn) of LaSalle; his stepdaughter Jamie Moore (Tom McNabb) of Morris; his grandchildren, Edward Wendell (Emma) and Fancy Moore (Stephanie); and his great grandchild Samuel.
