He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Morrall and Ethel Morrall (Hudkins); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Pallai of Marseilles; his sister Doris Thompson; his granddaughter Elizabeth Williams; and his great grandchild Will Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Veronica Williams (Hugh) of Marseilles and Dean Morrall of Seneca; and his close friend Helen Baker of Ottawa. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren.
