He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur O. Combs and Cora Combs (Bland); and his sister Margaret Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Youngling of Marseilles; his sons, Charles Mark of California, Kevin (Holli) of Marseilles and Grant Combs (Melinda) of Morton; his grandchildren, Ciera Stevens (Zack), Caleb, Carson and Ethan Combs; and his sister Janene Tuttle (John) of Sandwich.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
