She is survived by: her husband Carl Bookout; her children, Richard Green (Cathy), Robert Green (Rene) and Rhonda Dillon (Eric); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Nick, Jacob, Brandon, Alicia, Simon, Nikki, Ryan and Aaron; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Rebecca; her sisters, Dorothy Peek, Janice Johnson and Donna Mullin (Joe); and her sister-in-law Patti Hughes.
