It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barry Anthony Cobler of Marseilles, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cobler and Virginia Cobler (Codo); his parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Rivett; his sister-in-law Dianne Rivett; his nephew Matt Rivett; and his brothers-in-law, Ken Ebelherr, John Rivett, Terry Rivett and Bill Warning.
He is survived by: his wife Merri Cobler of Marseilles; his children, Casey Cobler (Heather) of Chicago and Keenan Cobler of Morris; his brother Richard Cobler of Pensacola, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Warning of Morris, Deanne Ebelherr of Morris and Fran Rivett of Morris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
