It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice H. Modeen of Marseilles, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her parents, Daniel Higgins and Ada Higgins; and her siblings, Mary Bolisenga (late Joe), Elizabeth Novak (late Gene), Roseann Russell (late Jack), Edward (Diane) and Daniel Higgins.
She is survived by: her son Donald Modeen (Trisha) of Marseilles, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Modeen of Yorkville, IL and Dusty Gabehart of Ottawa, IL; her great grandchild Emery Lynn of Ottawa, IL; and her sibling Patrice Swiontek (Timothy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Proper social distancing must be practiced, no outside food or drink allowed, and all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times.
