He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert William and Lillian Mary Hettel Sr. (Worrels); his brother Charles "Chuck" Hettel; and his father-in-law James R. Ennis. He is survived by: his wife Julie Hettel; his children, Albert Hettel III, Melinda Hettel, Mary Hettel and James Hettel; his brother Don Hettel (Terri); his mother-in-law Sally Conklin; his siblings-in-law, Steve Ennis (Connie) and Maribeth Kendrick (Bruce); his cousin Marggie Seelye; his close friends, Jim and Christy Miskell; and also, Chase and Trent. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
