He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Susie Perkins (Engard); his parents-in-law, Wilmer and Luease Brockman; his children-in-law, Wendy Perkins and Gary Eutis; and his granddaughters, Sarah Eutis and Ashley Zeiter.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Brockman of Marseilles; and his children, Cindy Eutis, Laurie Gaba (Etem), Connie Zeiter (Tom), Mike Perkins (Michelle) and John Perkins (Robin). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
