He is survived by: his stepchildren, Richard Yates (Tina Benson) of Creve Coeur, Joanne Brown of Charles City and Candi Milliken (Raymond) of Creve Coeur; his stepgrandchildren, Jamee, Milliken, Alicia Painter, Bethany Schott, Allen Brooks Yates, Brandon Yates, Brittany Yates, Brianna Benson and Elizabeth Benson; his stepbrother Vick Waits (Nina) of Holts Summit, Missouri; and his cousin Don Cooper of Cabool, Missouri.. He is also survived by seven step-great-grandchildren.
