He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Hoak Sr. and Agnes Readhead Hoak; his spouse Florene Whitehouse; his siblings, William Hoak, Lillie Louise and Carol Hoak Cole; and his nephew Steven L. Hoak.
He is survived by: his children, Lillie Stone (Mike) of Security, CO, Debra Cluck (Lowell) of Glasford, Theodore Hoak III (Patricia) of LaCoste, TX and William Hoak (Stephanie) of Marquette Heights; his sister Roberta Kelso of Donna, TX; and his daughter-in-law Nona Hoak of Pekin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
His family would like donations in his name to go to the UAW Local 974, 3025 Springfield Road, East Peoria, IL.
