He is survived by: his spouse Jettie Smart; his children, Sharon Miranda (Abner) of Tennessee, Chris Thompson (Marty) of Florida, Ronald P. Jr. Kelly (Collene) of Michigan and Mark Kelly (Roberta) of Michigan; his grandchildren, Ian, Emily, Sydney, Kiley, Kristopher (Jessica), Kalvin, Nathan (Vivi), Andrew, David (Kristen), Julie, Abigail and Addison; his siblings, Donna Barkley, Mary Lou Lonteen (Bob) and Richard Kelly (Cheryll); and his nieces and nephews, Gordon Lee Barkley (Connie), Robb Barkley (Cathy), Harold West III, Brent Lonteen, Reed Lonteen, Terri Cameron, Jennifer Miller (Nick), Jeannine Davenport and Heather Harrison (Mat).
