He is survived by: his wife Delilah Marianne Will; his children, Karen Jacobs McPhail of Marquette Heights, David McPhail of Marquette Heights, Mark McPhail of Indianapolis and Tim McPhail (Mindy) of Bartonville; his grandchildren, Phillip Jenks of Marquette Heights, Bridget Jacobs of Creve Coeur, Ryan McPhail of Hamilton and Joshua McPhail; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Madden, Rylan and Shiloh John; and his siblings, Helen Hopper of Dallas, Texas. and Robert McPhail.
