He was predeceased by: his parents, George Noe and Catherine Noe (Kneip); and his siblings, Edwin, George, Rudy, Leo, Melvin, Raymond, Ralph, Josephine Stalzer and Luella Scheirer.
He is survived by: his significant other Sheila Hutton; and his daughters, Carol Malson (Dick) of Burnsville, NC and Linda McCoy (Terry) of Oak Hill. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
