He was predeceased by: his father Harry Starkey. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Starkey (Hutson) of Peru; his wife Nancy Starkey of Mark; his daughter Angela Starkey of Tennessee; his half-brother Derek Fisher of LaSalle; and his sister Stephanie Starkey of Wisconsin.
