We bid farewell to Sally D. McBride of Marissa, Illinois, born in Bellingham, Washington, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 28, 2025 at the age of 79. Sally touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Weilmuenster and Faye Weilmuenster; and her husband Larry D. McBride. She is survived by: her daughters, Kendra Deterding (Alan) of Red Bud, IL and Tressa Hill (Christopher) of Belleville, IL; her siblings, Nancy Groff (David) of Mascoutah, IL, Pat Laramore (Wayne) of Sparta, IL and Richard Weilmuenster (Diane) of New Athens, IL; and her grandchildren, Keely Deterding, Aubrey Hill and Brennen Deterding. She is also survived by brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and several dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Peter Ucc Church of Lenzburg (11 W Church St, Lenzburg, IL 62255). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Peter Ucc Church W (11 W Church St, Lenzburg, IL 62255).
