He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Marita Hornbostel; his father Roy D. Hinds of Coulterville, IL; his children, Amy Lee Smith (Joshua P.) of Percy, IL and Jesse D. Hinds (Ann L.) of Austin, TX; his stepchildren, Lisa VanMeter, Buffie Liter, Mike Liter, Angela Conner and Rocky Carle; his brothers, Johnny Hinds (Faye) of Longview, TX, Donnie Hinds of Oklahoma and Bill Dickinson (Bonnie) of Belleville, IL; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Kaiden and Arianna; his mother Ina Mae Hinds; and his stepdaughter Heather Carle. He was also cherished by several other relatives and great friends.
