With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Woodside of Marissa, Illinois, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on February 18, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lee and Florence Lucille Woodside (Hubler); his son Dustin A. Woodside; and his sister-in-law Nancy Woodside. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Woodside of Coulterville, IL and Hayley Phillips (Wayde) of Coulterville, IL; his siblings, Dennis Woodside (Lucille) of Pinckneyville, IL, Larry Woodside (Diana) of Pinckneyville, IL, Gary Woodside of Percy, IL, Allan Woodside (Jean) of Pinckneyville, IL, Karen Miles of Pinckneyville, IL and Bonnie Cotter (Gary) of Pinckneyville, IL; and his grandchildren, Austin Woodside, Kynlee Phillips, Aubrey Phillips, Aspen Phillips and Audra Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
