He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kinzel (Schmierbach); his daughter Chelsea Meredith (Andrew) of Crestwood, KY; his sisters, Robin Sheffer (Jerry) of Morganfield, KY, Ronda White (Mike) of Tilden, IL and Rhoda Goss (Eddie) of Marissa, IL; and his grandchildren, Kyler, McKenzie, Alexis and Luke Meredith.

Memorials may go to Vitas Hospice or Friedens United Church of Christ in Marissa, IL.
