He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Brown; his children, Randy Dee Stoy, Jr. (Sherry) of Bristol, PA, Jessica Lynne Brown, Nicholas Aaron Stoy (Julie) of Marissa, IL and Amanda Lucille Harding (Chase) of Texas; his siblings, David Lee Stoy of Fairfield, CA, Jackie Lynne Stoy, Julie Ann Stoy and Brenda Jo Lowery; his uncle Kenneth Dean Stoy of Castro Valley, CA; his grandson Noah Lee Stoy; his nieces and nephews, J. J. Lee Stoy (Destiny), Brandon Lee Richey (Tiffany), Jackie Lee Stoy (Haley), Jacob Lawrence Dempsey (Hallie), Ashliegh Nicole Dempsey, Julie Stoy, Ryan Manuel (Tiffany), Kody Stoy and Catrina Lowery; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aliyah Manuel, Trenton Manuel, Jeffery Stoy, Reagan Stoy, Eli Stoy, Dakota Hodgeson, Chevelle Hodgeson, Jackie Lee Dempsey and Steven McNerney. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
