She is survived by: her husband Rudy Alfeldt; her sons, Jim Alfeldt (Jill) of New Athens, IL and Dan Alfeldt (Laura) of Oakville, MO.; and her grandchildren, Jon Alfeldt, Jenna Alfeldt, Jack Alfeldt, Jolie Alfeldt, Ryan Alfeldt and Paige Alfeldt.
