It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Moody Paul of Marissa, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Antoinette Lorraine Moody. She is survived by: her children, Mellanie Sue Portz (Bill), Rebecca Kaye Paul and Michael Bradley Paul (Thom); her grandchildren, Brent (Kim), Brooke (Dan), Brad (Lynn), Skylar (Paige) and Marissa (Dylan); and her great grandchildren, Kade, Bree, Brock, Chance, Reese, Kalli, Milli, Kamdyn, Bretsyn, Hatcher and Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tilden Presbyterian Church (721 Butler St, Tilden, IL 62292). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tilden Scholarship Fund in her memory.
