She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Carter and Jane Carter (Babb). She is survived by: her son Ben Carter of Marissa, IL; her brother Mike Carter of Sparta, IL; her nephew Michael Carter, II; and her friend Lisa Tomlin of Troy, IL..
