He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Pearl; and also Alexander. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Hayer Lewelling, Joe Lewelling, Elizabeth Dacey and Marilyn Reese; his wife Helen; his children, Roger Hunter (Kelly) of Los Olivos, CA, Susan Grometer (Peter) of Aurora, IL, Barbara Kniffin (Andy) of Belleville, IL, Kathryn Hacker (Richard) of Tilden, IL and Carol Green (Gary) of Rolla, MO.; and also Hemphill. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
