He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Raban, and Julia Raban, Sr. (Duncan); his son Michael Raban; and his sister Myra Bleisch. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Raban (Coulson) of Marissa, IL; his children, Rhonda Raban (Brendan Nash) of Charlottesville, VA, Jon Douglas of Belleville, IL and Kristin Douglas (Stephen Sprouse) of Kansas City, MO; his brother Gerry Raban of Eddyville, IL; his grandchildren, Daniel Fann (Wendy), Andrew Fann, Justin Raban, Charles Raban (Taryn), Kenneth Raban and Eliza Sprouse; and his pet Tiger. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marissa Presbyterian Church (201 N Hamilton St, Marissa, IL 62257). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marissa Presbyterian Church or to Siteman Cancer Center.
