He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Marilyn. He is survived by: his brother Kevin Hook; his wife Debra; and his children, Tanya Eden (Mitch) of Columbia, IL, Bryan Hook (Michelle) of Marissa, IL, Melissa Cobb (Jim) of Marissa, IL and Shannon Dandridge of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
