She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hawkins and Pauline Hawkins (Tyler) of West Frankfort, IL.; her children, Richard Leon Wilburn and Mary Katherine Finley; her siblings, Edward, Everett "Tooter", Harold Dean, Kenneth Hawkins (Catherine), Hazel Rich (Obie Gene), Nadine Moore (Bud) and Ruth Ann Wright (Richard); and her brothers-in-law, Robert, Ray, Don Wilburn, Charles Walters and Dennis Pallecone.

She is survived by: her husband Harley Leon Wilburn of West Frankfort, IL; her daughter Janet Kay Galle (Glenn) of Marissa, IL; her son-in-law William Finley (Karen); her children, Stephanie Matt (Brian), Aiden, Michael Finley (Allison) and Cullen; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Wilburn; her grandson Richard Wilburn (Becky); her daughters-in-law, Bauza and Megan Vinsen (Noah); her children, Joshua Wilburn and Christina Martindale (Brian); her grandchildren, Kayla Neel (Dillon), Britcher and Jaydan; her children, Madison Martindale, Cody and Arabella Katherine "Bella" Britcher; her siblings, Wanda Walters, Linda Pallecone and Tom Hawkins (Pat); her siblings-in-law, Paul Wilburn, Margaret Carter, Arlene Davis (Eddie), Carolyn Sharp, Mary Meadows (Robert) and Linda Ward (Ray); her friend Laura Marks; and also Max III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
