He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Millie Martin (Pyles); his daughter Mary Leslie Waite; and his siblings, Lawrence, Alfred, John, Frank, Phoeba, Rosetta, Mary, Della, Treva and Annabelle.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Martin of Jasper, IN; his grandsons, Richard C. Sizemore (Jennifer) of Laytonsville, MD and Matt Sizemore (Tessie) of Jasper, IN; his great grandchildren, Kayla Bolden (Brad), Lauren Goad, Katelyn Sizemore, Austin Sizemore and Michael Sizemore; and his great great grandchild Liam Bolden.
