Phemister of Marion; his children, Mitchell Phemister (Dena), Mark Phemister of Marion, IL, Beth Ann Schimanski of Oak Park, IL, William Edward "Billy" Phemister II of Skokie, IL and Brian "Bernie" Phemister (Trisha) of Marion, IL; and his siblings, Jim Phemister (Judy) of Marion, IL, Carolyn Miller of Kissimmee, FL, Gayla Oldani of Herrin, IL and Robin Fitzpatrick (Gus) of Marion, IL. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
